Wine Club Terms and Conditions

  • The Pirathon standard purchase policies applies to all deliveries.
  • It is required that Pirathon Wines retains access to a member’s credit card information on file. This is secured stored with our payment processor, Stripe. While we can request charges to your card, we do not have access to your credit card number.
  • By becoming a member you authorize Vintnerize Pty Ltd to charge your credit card for the cost of the wines you select with the frequency you selected. Each shipment will be charged separately.
  • We will only use the credit card information on this form for the purpose of paying for wine sent as a member of the wine club.
  • Your credit card is charged before wines are dispatched. If for any reason we can’t successfully charge your credit card we will contact you to update your details.
  • You are required to sign up with an account to the Pirathon website so you can access the members shop.
  • Changes to orders must be received at least two weeks prior of the month of scheduled delivery.
  • Cancellations to your membership must be received at least two weeks prior of the month of scheduled delivery.
  • Your first order as a club member (that is sent out immediately) cannot be cancelled.
  • In extreme temperatures or weather events, or otherwise any other deliveries may be delayed and in exceptional circumstances we may hold your wine until it’s safe to ship.
  • Wine club discount cannot be used in conjunction with another discount coupon (automatic volume discounts are excluded from this condition).
  • Benefits and offers are subject to change but if they do we will inform club members ahead of time.
  • If you decide to quit the club, you can rejoin at any time.
